\u00a7 1. Postanowienia og\u00f3lne<\/h4>\n

  1. Niniejszy regulamin okre\u015bla warunki, na kt\u00f3rych mo\u017cna dokona\u0107 rezerwacji i najmu domk\u00f3w. Dokonanie rezerwacji jest jednoznaczne z akceptacj\u0105 postanowie\u0144 niniejszego Regulaminu. W momencie dokonania rezerwacji umow\u0119 najmu kr\u00f3tkoterminowego uwa\u017ca si\u0119 za zawart\u0105.<\/li>\n
  2. Mistral Mechelinki  oferuje klientom indywidualnym (dalej Wynajmuj\u0105cym) us\u0142ugi kr\u00f3tkotrwa\u0142ego wynajmu znajduj\u0105cych si\u0119 na terenie domk\u00f3w, zgodnie z aktualnie obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cym cennikiem.  Szczeg\u00f3\u0142owe informacje na temat  domk\u00f3w, ich wyposa\u017cenia oraz cen mo\u017cna uzyska\u0107 pod numerem tel. 794-001-230 lub na stronie internetowej mistralmechelinki.pl<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a7 2. Rezerwacja i zadatek<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Do pobytu na terenie Mistral Mechelinki upowa\u017cnia dokonana rezerwacja oraz wniesiony na poni\u017cszych zasadach zadatek:\n
        \n
      1. przedmiotem rezerwacji jest najem domk\u00f3w. Rezerwacji dokonujemy na okresy tygodniowe tj. od soboty\/niedzieli do soboty\/niedzieli w tygodniu\/tygodniach nast\u0119pnych, kt\u00f3ry rozpoczyna si\u0119 o godzinie 15.00 w dniu przyjazdu a ko\u0144czy o godz. 10.00 w dniu wyjazdu,<\/li>\n
      2. zg\u0142oszenia rezerwacji mo\u017cna dokona\u0107 telefonicznie pod numerem tel. 794-001-230 albo poczt\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 na adres e-mail mistralmechelinki@gmail.com.<\/li>\n
      3. rezerwacja wst\u0119pna wygasa w przypadku nie wp\u0142yni\u0119cia w ci\u0105gu 2 dni zadatku na wskazany rachunek bankowy.<\/li>\n
      4. w przypadku rezygnacji z wynajmu zadatek nie jest zwracany.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Skr\u00f3cenie przez Wynajmuj\u0105cego pobytu w domku nie upowa\u017cnia do \u017c\u0105dania zwrotu wniesionej ju\u017c op\u0142aty. Przed\u0142u\u017cenie pobytu w domku ponad czas wskazany w dobie hotelowej ( godz. 10.00) bezwarunkowo wymaga zgody W\u0142a\u015bciciela.<\/li>\n
      6. Wp\u0142ata zadatku lub zap\u0142aty przez Wynajmuj\u0105cego oznacza, \u017ce akceptuje on przedmiotowy regulamin najmu.<\/li>\n
      7. W dniu rozpocz\u0119cia pobytu W\u0142a\u015bciciel pobiera zwrotn\u0105 kaucj\u0119 w wysoko\u015bci 300 z\u0142.<\/li>\n
      8. Doba rozpoczyna si\u0119 o godzinie 15.00 w pierwszym dniu dokonanej rezerwacji. Zameldowania dokona\u0107 mo\u017cna w godzinach pomi\u0119dzy 15.00 a 18.00. W wyj\u0105tkowych przypadkach, po wcze\u015bniejszym<\/strong><\/span> ustaleniu z W\u0142a\u015bcicielem obiektu – zameldowanie mo\u017ce nast\u0105pi\u0107 w innych godzinach.<\/li>\n
      9. Kwota wynajmu zawiera w sobie op\u0142at\u0119 klimatyczn\u0105.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a7 3. Zasady u\u017cytkowania<\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. Wewn\u0105trz domk\u00f3w obowi\u0105zuje ca\u0142kowity zakaz palenia tytoniu, papieros\u00f3w elektronicznych oraz stosowania otwartego ognia (np. \u015bwieczek). Ponadto, zabronione jest u\u017cytkowanie \u017celazek, kuchenek oraz urz\u0105dze\u0144 grzewczych poza b\u0119d\u0105cymi na wyposa\u017ceniu domk\u00f3w, a tak\u017ce innych urz\u0105dze\u0144 mog\u0105cych powodowa\u0107 zagro\u017cenie po\u017carowe.<\/li>\n
        2. W przypadku, gdy Wynajmuj\u0105cy w ra\u017c\u0105cy spos\u00f3b narusza spok\u00f3j i\/lub dobra s\u0105siad\u00f3w lub innych go\u015bci oraz nie przestrzega powszechnie stosowanych norm wsp\u00f3\u0142\u017cycia spo\u0142ecznego, W\u0142a\u015bciciel zastrzega sobie prawo do wypowiedzenia Wynajmuj\u0105cemu pobytu w domku i nie jest w\u00f3wczas zobowi\u0105zany do zwrotu pieni\u0119dzy za niewykorzystany okres pobytu.<\/li>\n
        3. Je\u015bli wskutek nieprzestrzegania ciszy nocnej obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cej od godziny 22:00 do 7:00 W\u0142a\u015bciciel zostanie zmuszony do uzasadnionej interwencji Policji, W\u0142a\u015bciciel ma prawo do natychmiastowego wypowiedzenia najmu.<\/li>\n
        4. O konieczno\u015bci dokonania napraw w domku przed przyst\u0105pieniem do u\u017cytkowania Wynajmuj\u0105cy zobowi\u0105zany jest niezw\u0142ocznie poinformowa\u0107 W\u0142a\u015bciciela obiektu.<\/li>\n
        5. Parking na posesji udost\u0119pniany jest tylko i wy\u0142\u0105cznie Go\u015bciom wynajmuj\u0105cym domki. Z parkingu korzysta\u0107 mog\u0105 tylko wspomniani Go\u015bcie, w\u0142a\u015bciciele obiektu oraz osoby przez w\u0142a\u015bcicieli upowa\u017cnione. Surowo zabrania si\u0119 Go\u015bciom wpuszczania na teren obiektu os\u00f3b trzecich oraz udost\u0119pniania im miejsc parkingowych.<\/li>\n
        6. Nie \u015bwiadczymy us\u0142ug parkingowych a co za tym idzie, nie oferujemy Go\u015bciom miejsc parkingowych przed zameldowaniem. Samochody Go\u015bci wpuszczane b\u0119d\u0105 na posesj\u0119 w dniu meldunku od godziny 15tej.<\/li>\n
        7. W momencie przekazania przez W\u0142a\u015bciciela kluczy do domku Wynajmuj\u0105cy staj\u0105 si\u0119 jego gospodarzami ze wszystkimi tego konsekwencjami.<\/li>\n
        8. Za zgubienie klucza lub pilota od bramy pobierana jest op\u0142ata manipulacyjna w wysoko\u015bci 150 z\u0142 za ka\u017cdy zgubiony klucz lub pilota.<\/li>\n
        9. Zabrania si\u0119 dokonywa\u0107 jakichkolwiek napraw lub ponosi\u0107 jakichkolwiek nak\u0142ad\u00f3w lub zmian w domku. O konieczno\u015bci dokonania napraw Wynajmuj\u0105cy zobowi\u0105zany jest niezw\u0142ocznie poinformowa\u0107 W\u0142a\u015bciciela.<\/li>\n
        10. Wynajmuj\u0105cy zobowi\u0105zany jest do utrzymywania oraz zwrotu domku w stanie zastanym, co obejmuje w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci pozostawienie umytych naczy\u0144, sprz\u0119t\u00f3w kuchennych, grilla, wyrzucenia \u015bmieci. W przypadku ra\u017c\u0105cego nieporz\u0105dku \u2013 na poczet dodatkowego sprz\u0105tania mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 zatrzymana kaucja.<\/li>\n
        11. Wszelkie ewentualne usterki w domkach oraz inne problemy dotycz\u0105ce funkcjonowania domku wynik\u0142e w trakcie u\u017cytkowania, Wynajmuj\u0105cy s\u0105 zobowi\u0105zani zg\u0142asza\u0107 na bie\u017c\u0105co W\u0142a\u015bcicielowi. Dokonane zniszczenia obci\u0105\u017caj\u0105 solidarnie Go\u015bci okre\u015blonego domku.<\/li>\n
        12. Umowa zawarta pomi\u0119dzy W\u0142a\u015bcicielem a Wynajmuj\u0105cym nie obejmuje dojazdu, wy\u017cywienia oraz organizacji czasu pobytu.<\/li>\n
        13. U\u017cytkownicy grilla zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 do pozostawienia czysto\u015bci po zako\u0144czonym grillowaniu. W\u0119giel drzewny\/brykiet Wynajmuj\u0105cy organizuj\u0105 we w\u0142asnym zakresie.<\/li>\n
        14. W\u0142a\u015bciciel Mistral Mechelinki nie bierze odpowiedzialno\u015bci za pozostawione w wynajmowanym domku mienie Wynajmuj\u0105cego.<\/li>\n\n
        15. W\u0142a\u015bciciel nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za przej\u015bciowe niedogodno\u015bci wyst\u0119puj\u0105ce u niezale\u017cnych dostawc\u00f3w spowodowane np. czasowym brakiem wody, pr\u0105du, internetu, telewizji.<\/li>
        16. W\u0142a\u015bciciel obiektu Mistral Mechelinki nie bierze odpowiedzialno\u015bci za dzia\u0142ania w\u0142adz oraz wszelkiego rodzaju s\u0142u\u017cb, z dzia\u0142a\u0144 kt\u00f3rych mog\u0105 wynika\u0107 utrudnienia dla dla os\u00f3b przebywaj\u0105cych w Mistral Mechelinki, os\u00f3b przybywaj\u0105cych do obiektu lub planuj\u0105cych przyby\u0107. Za dzia\u0142ania takie rozumie\u0107 nale\u017cy m. in. remonty nawierzchni dr\u00f3g i chodnik\u00f3w, inwestycje budowlane i drogowe, przebudowy infrastruktury gminnej itp.<\/li>\n
        17. Ze wzgl\u0119du na bezpiecze\u0144stwo oraz komfort os\u00f3b przebywaj\u0105cych w Mistral Mechelinki oraz zamieszkuj\u0105cych w okolicy \u2013 zabronione s\u0105 wizyty os\u00f3b trzecich (go\u015bci z zewn\u0105trz).<\/li>\n
        18. Zabroniona jest zamiana domk\u00f3w mi\u0119dzy Go\u015b\u0107mi, przesuwanie lub przenoszenie mebli, zamiana naczy\u0144 oraz innego wyposa\u017cenia domk\u00f3w.<\/li>\n
        19. Do sta\u0142ego pobytu na terenie  upowa\u017cnieni s\u0105 jedynie Go\u015bcie; przy czym, pobyt dzieci i m\u0142odzie\u017cy do lat 18 na terenie  dozwolony jest wy\u0142\u0105cznie pod opiek\u0105 os\u00f3b doros\u0142ych.<\/li>\n
        20. Go\u015bcie zak\u0142\u00f3caj\u0105cy spok\u00f3j i porz\u0105dek lub naruszaj\u0105ce inne postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu mog\u0105 by\u0107 usuni\u0119ci przez W\u0142a\u015bciciela z jego terenu, bez prawa do jakiegokolwiek odszkodowania.<\/li>\n
        21. Zezwala si\u0119 Wynajmuj\u0105cym na parkowanie ich samochod\u00f3w na terenie obiektu. Parking na terenie Mistral Mechelinki jest bezp\u0142atny i niestrze\u017cony. Go\u015bcie parkuj\u0105 swoje pojazdy na terenie obiektu bez zawierania umowy przechowywania tych pojazd\u00f3w oraz pozostawionych w nich rzeczy i pieni\u0119dzy, ani innej umowy o podobnym charakterze. W\u0142a\u015bciciel nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za utrat\u0119, zniszczenie lub uszkodzenia tych pojazd\u00f3w oraz pozostawionego w nich mienia.<\/li>\n
        22. Wynajmuj\u0105cy ponosi pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 materialn\u0105 za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia przedmiot\u00f3w wyposa\u017cenia i urz\u0105dze\u0144 technicznych na terenie obiektu powsta\u0142e z jego winy. Za zniszczenia wykryte po opuszczeniu lokalu najemca wyra\u017ca zgod\u0119 na obci\u0105\u017cenia go kosztami naprawy lub usuni\u0119cia szkody.<\/li>\n
        23. Ze wzgl\u0119d\u00f3w higienicznych oraz maj\u0105c na uwadze komfort wszystkich os\u00f3b przebywaj\u0105cych w Mistral Mechelinki, na terenie obiektu zabrania si\u0119 oporz\u0105dzania zakupionych ryb.<\/li>\n
        24. Zakwaterowanie i wykwaterowanie nast\u0119puje w Domku w obecno\u015bci W\u0142a\u015bciciela lub osoby upowa\u017cnionej.<\/li>\n
        25. Cena wynajmu domk\u00f3w nie obejmuje ubezpieczenia. Za doznane urazy, szkody i zniszczenia maj\u0105tku (szkody spowodowane na zdrowiu i maj\u0105tku trzeciej osoby) w czasie ca\u0142ego rekreacyjnego pobytu, nie ponosimy odpowiedzialno\u015bci.<\/li>\n
        26. Uwagi co do uszkodze\u0144, zniszcze\u0144 nale\u017cy zg\u0142osi\u0107 natychmiast bezpo\u015brednio do W\u0142a\u015bciciela lub osoby upowa\u017cnionej.<\/li>\n
        27. Brak uwag ze strony Wynajmuj\u0105cego co do uszkodze\u0144 w ci\u0105gu 5 godzin po otrzymaniu kluczy oznacza, \u017ce Wynajmuj\u0105cy nie ma zastrze\u017ce\u0144 co do ca\u0142ego lokalu.<\/li>\n
        28. Wynajmuj\u0105cy odpowiada finansowo za szkody powsta\u0142e w czasie jego pobytu i wyra\u017ca zgod\u0119 na to, aby wszelkie naprawy zniszcze\u0144 lub usuni\u0119cia usterek wykonane zosta\u0142y na jego koszt.<\/li>\n
        29. Nie wynajmujemy domk\u00f3w na wieczory panie\u0144skie\/kawalerskie\/inne imprezy. W przypadku ukrycia takiej informacji W\u0142a\u015bciciel zastrzega sobie prawo do natychmiastowego wypowiedzenia Wynajmuj\u0105cemu pobytu w domku i nie jest w\u00f3wczas zobowi\u0105zany do zwrotu pieni\u0119dzy<\/li>\n
        30. Na terenie Mistral Mechelinki akceptowane s\u0105 psy ma\u0142ych ras\/rozmiar\u00f3w. W\u0142a\u015bciciele zwierz\u0105t zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 do dopilnowania, by zwierz\u0119ta wszelkie swoje sprawy higieniczne za\u0142atwia\u0142y poza posesj\u0105.<\/li>\n
        31. Zabronione jest spanie ps\u00f3w na kanapach oraz \u0142\u00f3\u017ckach.<\/li>\n
        32. Ze wzgl\u0119du na komfort wszystkich go\u015bci przebywaj\u0105cych w Mistral Mechelinki, psy po posesji przemieszczaj\u0105 si\u0119 na smyczy.<\/li>\n
        33. Go\u015bcie, kt\u00f3rzy decyduj\u0105 si\u0119 na przyjazd ze zwierz\u0119ciem bior\u0105 na siebie pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za szkody wyrz\u0105dzone przez ich pupila i zobowi\u0105zuj\u0105 si\u0119 do ich naprawienia lub pokrycia. W przypadku wyst\u0105pienia jakichkolwiek szk\u00f3d nale\u017cy niezw\u0142ocznie powiadomi\u0107 W\u0142a\u015bciciela.<\/li>\n
        34. Dop\u0142ata za psa wynosi 50 z\u0142 za ka\u017cd\u0105 dob\u0119 pobytu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a7 4. Prawo<\/h4>\n
            \n
          1. Prawem w\u0142a\u015bciwym dla spor\u00f3w pomi\u0119dzy W\u0142a\u015bcicielem a Wynajmuj\u0105cym jest polskie prawo. Ewentualne spory rozstrzygane b\u0119d\u0105 polubownie, a w przypadku nieporozumienia s\u0105dem w\u0142a\u015bciwym b\u0119dzie s\u0105d w\u0142a\u015bciwy dla siedziby W\u0142a\u015bciciela.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Tre\u015b\u0107 strony nie stanowi oferty handlowej w rozumieniu kodeksu cywilnego.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            REGULATIONS OF STAY<\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n

            \u00a7 1. General provisions<\/strong><\/h4>\n
              \n
            1. These regulations define the conditions under which you can book and rent cottages. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of booking, the short-term rental agreement is considered concluded.<\/li>\n
            2. Mistral Mechelinki offers individual customers (hereinafter the Renting guests) short-term rental services of the houses located on the premises, in accordance with the currently valid price list. Detailed information on the houses, their equipment and prices can be obtained by calling 794-001-230 or on the website mistralmechelinki.pl<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \u00a7 2. Reservation and deposit<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                \n
              1. You are entitled to stay at Mistral Mechelinki by making a reservation and making a down payment on the following terms:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                • the subject of the reservation is the rental of houses. Reservations are made for weekly periods, i.e. from Saturday\/Sunday to Saturday\/Sunday in the next week\/weeks, which starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure,<\/li>\n
                • reservations can be made by phone at 794-001-230 or by e-mail to the e-mail address mistralmechelinki@gmail.com.<\/li>\n
                • the initial reservation expires if the down payment is not received within 2 days on the indicated bank account.<\/li>\n
                • in the event of resignation from the rental, the deposit is not returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  1. Shortening the stay in the house by the Renting guest does not entitle to request a refund of the fee already paid. Extending the stay in the cottage beyond the time indicated in the hotel day (10.00 am) unconditionally requires the consent of the Owner.<\/li>\n
                  2. The payment of the deposit or payment by the Renting guest means that he accepts the lease regulations in question.<\/li>\n
                  3. On the day of the commencement of the stay, the Owner collects a refundable deposit of PLN 300. for 1 house.<\/li>\n
                  4. The day starts at 15.00 on the first day of the reservation. Check-in is possible between 15.00 and 18.00. In exceptional cases, after prior arrangement with the owner of the facility – check-in can take place at other times.<\/li>\n
                  5. The rental amount includes the tourist tax.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    \u00a7 3. Rules of use<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                      \n
                    1. Smoking, electronic cigarettes and open fire (e.g. candles) are strictly prohibited inside the houses. In addition, it is forbidden to use irons, cookers and heating devices outside the equipment of the houses, as well as other devices that may cause a fire hazard.<\/li>\n
                    2. In the event that the Renting guest grossly violates the peace and\/or good of neighbors or other guests and does not comply with generally applicable standards of social coexistence, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Renting guest\u2019s stay in the cottage and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.<\/li>\n
                    3. If, as a result of not respecting the curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the Owner is forced to intervene with a justified police intervention, the Owner has the right to immediately terminate the lease.<\/li>\n
                    4. The Renting guests are obliged to immediately inform the Owner of the facility about the need to make repairs in the house before using it.<\/li>\n
                    5. Parking on the property is available only to guests renting houses. Only the mentioned guests, owners of the facility and persons authorized by the owners can use the car park. It is strictly forbidden for Renting guests to let third parties into the property and provide them with parking spaces.<\/li>\n
                    6. We do not provide parking services and therefore we do not offer guests parking spaces before check-in. Guests’ cars will be allowed on the property on the day of check-in from 15:00.<\/li>\n
                    7. When the Owner hands over the keys to the house, the Renting guests become its hosts with all its consequences.<\/li>\n
                    8. For the loss of a key or remote control, a handling fee of PLN 150 is charged for each lost key or remote control.<\/li>\n
                    9. It is forbidden to make any repairs or incur any expenses or changes to the house. The Renting guests are obliged to immediately inform the Owner about the need to make repairs.<\/li>\n
                    10. Renting guests are obliged to maintain and return the house in the condition it was found, which includes, in particular, leaving the washed dishes, kitchen equipment, barbecue, and throwing away the garbage. In the case of gross disorder – the deposit may be retained for additional cleaning.<\/li>\n
                    11. Any possible faults in the houses and other problems regarding the functioning of the house arising during use, Renting guests are obliged to report to the owner on an ongoing basis. The damages made are jointly and severally charged to the Renting guests of a specific house.<\/li>\n
                    12. The contract concluded between the owner and the Renting guest does not include travel, meals and organization of the stay.<\/li>\n
                    13. Barbecue users are obliged to leave it clean after grilling. Charcoal\/briquettes are organized by the Renting guest on their own.<\/li>\n
                    14. The owner of Mistral Mechelinki is not responsible for the Renting guests’ property left in the rented house.<\/li>\n
                    15. The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring at independent suppliers caused by e.g. temporary lack of water, electricity, internet, television.<\/li>\n
                    16. The owner of the Mistral Mechelinki facility is not responsible for the actions of the authorities and all types of services, from which activities may result in difficulties for people staying in Mistral Mechelinki, people arriving at the facility or planning to arrive. Such activities include, among others, road and pavement surface repairs, construction and road investments, reconstruction of municipal infrastructure, etc.

                    17. Due to the safety and comfort of people staying in Mistral Mechelinki and living in the area – visits by third parties (guests from outside) are prohibited.<\/li>\n
                    18. It is forbidden to exchange houses between Renting guests, move furniture, change dishes and other equipment of houses.<\/li>\n
                    19. Only Renting guests are entitled to permanent residence on the premises; however, the stay of children and teenagers under the age of 18 on the premises is allowed only under the care of adults.<\/li>\n
                    20. Renting guests disturbing the peace and order or violating other provisions of these Regulations may be removed by the Owner from its premises, without the right to any compensation.<\/li>\n
                    21. Renting guests are permitted to park their cars on the property. Parking in Mistral Mechelinki is free and unguarded. Renting guests park their vehicles on the premises without concluding a storage agreement for these vehicles and the items and money left in them, or any other similar agreement. The owner is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of these vehicles and the property left in them.<\/li>\n
                    22. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices on the premises caused by their fault. For damage discovered after leaving the premises, the tenant agrees to charge him with the costs of repair or removal of damage.<\/li>\n
                    23. For hygienic reasons and taking into account the comfort of all persons staying in Mistral Mechelinki, it is forbidden to groom purchased fish on the premises.<\/li>\n
                    24. Accommodation and check-out takes place in the house in the presence of the Owner or an authorized person.<\/li>\n
                    25. The rental price of the houses does not include insurance. We are not responsible for injuries, damages and property damage (damage caused to the health and property of a third person) during the entire recreational stay.<\/li>\n
                    26. Comments on damages should be reported immediately directly to the Owner or an authorized person.<\/li>\n
                    27. No complaints from Renting guests about the damage within 5 hours after receiving the keys means that guests have no complaints about the entire premises.<\/li>\n
                    28. Renting guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay and agree that any repairs to damages or defects will be made at the Renting guest’s expense.<\/li>\n
                    29. We do not rent houses for hen \/ stag parties \/ other events. If such information is hidden, the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the guests’ stay in the cottage and is then not obliged to refund the money.<\/li>\n
                    30. In Mistral Mechelinki, dogs of small breeds\/sizes are accepted. Animal owners are obliged to ensure that the animals take care of all their hygiene matters outside the premises.<\/li>\n
                    31. It is forbidden to sleep dogs on sofas and beds.<\/li>\n
                    32. For the comfort of all guests staying at Mistral Mechelinki, dogs move around the property on a leash.<\/li>\n
                    33. Guests who decide to come with a pet take full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet and undertake to repair or cover it. In the event of any damage, the Owner must be notified immediately.<\/li>\n
                    34. The surcharge for a dog is PLN 50 for each day of stay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and the Renting guest is Polish law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a misunderstanding, the competent court will be the court competent for the registered office of the Owner.<\/li>\n
